time and attendance WinTA Enterprise is the flagship product of our proven range of Windows™ based time and attendance products. It provides total control over Working Rules, Access Control, Job Costing and System Security.

A complete smart card time and attendance system, WinTA Enterprise provides an extremely cost-effective way of collecting, analyzing and reporting on the data contained within your employees' timesheets.

Time and attendance software included with your WinTA Enterprise system allows your system to automatically update during periods of time change, such as Daylight Saving Time, ensuring that your clocking data is correct.

The WinTA Enterprise time and attendance software has a familiar Windows™ interface, providing quick and easy access to information.

It can hold details for up to 2000 employees, including a photograph of each person, if required.

Searching for the details of a particular employee is quick and easy, with the ability to sort on any column or perform a surname search at the touch of a button.

WinTA Enterprise stores information on up to 1000 production or department jobs. With the simple use of a smart card or key fob, employees book time against these jobs to produce a full cost analysis and break down of time spent on each one.

Reports show jobs that are over budget or those approaching their budget limit. This information can also be exported to spreadsheets.

The built-in report generator makes it simple to get the information you need from the system. Standard reports include:

  • Job Booking

A range of output styles let you export to web pages, spreadsheets or as simple text files.

There are numerous extra features that can be implemented on your time and attendance system to take into account diversity with working rules between different organisations.

  • Auto Clock Out - Employees are automatically clocked out at a certain time.
  • Shift Swapping - Employees may have their shift for a particular day changed in advance.
  • Annualized Hours - Keep track of time worked throughout the year by a particular employee.
  • Secondary Pay Bands - Certain pay bands pay into other bands either on a 1:1 basis or by using a multiplier.
  • Shift Premiums - complex payment schemes can be used based on factors such as the time of working to the grade of employee.

WinTA Enterprise operates both the T8440 and T256x clocking stations and can record employee details for an unlimited number of people. This edition can also link to your Access Enterprise access control application, where it is able to share employee data.

The proximity read method of the smart cards and key fobs means that they will never wear out.

In addition, any dust and residue picked up from the working environment presents no risk of clogging the reader.
