	Running on a PC using your Windows™ operating system, the software provides an easy and accurate way of logging the time and attendances of your pupils. The system can be coupled with a digital camera allowing you to take photographs of both pupils and students. These images are displayed when the student or teacher clocks in, adding an extra layer of identification to your school attendance system.
The school attendance software holds a log of every person on site. In the event of a fire or any emergency which requires an evacuation, a fire roll call list can quickly be generated by the simple click of a button. In addition, registration data of your staff and pupils can be stored for future reference or exported to other compatible databases.
Comprehensive reporting software is available to generate: Fire evacuation reports Records of the historical attendances of pupils Absence summaries Bespoke reports can also be added.
The WinTA range of clocking systems are modular in design, and so have the advanced capability of being able to be adapted and extended with extra time and attendance clocks and smart card readers quickly, easily, and without complication.
Separate databases are offered in the same package with separate structures to allow maximum speed, minimal storage and excellent reporting and checking facilities.
