Online Customer Support Area
Tensor provides all customers with access to a dedicated online customer support area, which requires a username and password. A range of information is available specific to your particular system, including downloadable material such as manuals, installation guides, and help files.
To access the online support section, simply visit www.support.tensor.com and log in with your username and password. If you do not know your logon details, then simply send an email to webmaster@tensor.com, where your identity will be checked against our system, and your details sent.
