Tensor Access Enterprise can operate up to 31 T32xx clocking stations, each of which can have up to twelve T8424 scanner controllers attached to it. The T8424 scanner controller is the unit to which all Access Control Equipment within your Tensor Access Enterprise network is connected. With Tensor Access Enterprise, you can control most standard types of internal and external electro-magnetic door releases, providing access from both visible or hidden scanners. Door access can be limited depending on the person's roll call status, and can be configured to open on fire alarms and lock on burglar alarms.

Each T8424 scanner controller on the network can have combinations of up to two

• T149x access point scanners or
• Fingerprint readers

giving you full control over who is allowed access through any controlled point at any time of day.

Sensitive or dangerous areas can easily be denied to those who do not have the appropriate security clearance.

Your clocking station network can consist of one or more clocks, and is connected to a main server PC either via the PC's standard serial port or an ethernet network adapter.

Tensor Access Enterprise can operate a maximum of 372 scanners and record an unlimited number of employee details. This edition can also link to your WinTA Enterprise time and attendance application & Tensor Personnel Enterprise, where it is able to share employee data.

Tensor smart cards and key fobs can be used to operate your Tensor Access System. The proximity read method of the cards and fobs means that you can open doors, gates, barriers or turnstiles in a fraction of a second simply by presenting your smart card or key fob to the scanner. Alternatively, biometrics can be combined with the smart cards to operate the system. Tensor's range of dermal fingerprint reading technology gives increased accuracy and reliability, and is perfect for when irrefutable proof of identity is required. Access Control Profiles easily created or customized to suit your particular site, and can be varied minute-by-minute Real Time (near) graphical display shows doors being opened / closed, those with alarm status set and forced entry
